If you are often traveling to South east Asia, especially Indonesia, you should visit also one nice-lovely city, the clime is look like sup-tropic, similar like Gran Canaria in winter time, not cool and not hot either, perfect temperature for human health. Located in East Java province Indonesia.
Even for Indonesian people, Malang is well known as best touristic destination in East Java. They have very good order the city, not so crowded like in Surabaya for example, many good home-stay, villas, hotel and private apartment to suit your holiday.
If you flight from Jakarta, you can fly direct with Garuda Indonesian Airways, but if you fly from Bali or other city in Indonesia or in Asia, then you have take route to Surabaya first, then take taxi or shuttle bush for about 25 Us Dollar.
In some place you can fin touristic information in all cases, from Malang you can reach easily Kota Batu ( Batu twon) where you can find many place to enjoy.
For flight charter, I recommend Malaysia Airways.
